The International conference CGUCON-2027 will be hosted at the modern campus of the Technology & Design Center of electronics block. Featuring advanced lecture halls, high-speed academic networks, and collaborative workshop spaces designed for technical exchange.

We have secured dedicated lodging blocks at partner hotels within walking distance of the venue. Registered attendees receive exclusive discounted rates for the duration of the technical program.

Registration Guidelines

• Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF. Additional pages (maximum 2) can be added for INR 500 per page.

• At least one author must register and present for inclusion in proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

• Each registration allows presentation of up to two accepted papers.

• Additional authors must register separately as non-presenting authors.

• Registration includes publication fees, conference kit, and lunch.

• Student registrants must upload Institute ID proof.

• IEEE members must upload valid membership card.

• Non-refundable registration fee must be paid before final submission.

Paper Submission Guidelines

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of Six (6) printed pages including figures and references. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted at IC-ICNS 2026.
