Submission Requirements

Strict Manuscript Guidelines

All submissions must adhere to standard IEEE formatting to ensure a fair, double-blind peer-review process.

Formatting & Template

Review Process

Manuscripts must be prepared using the standard IEEE double-column template. Limit initial submissions to six pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

MAMI 2025 employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review system. Authors must omit names, affiliations, and explicit self-references from their initial manuscripts.

Camera-Ready Copy

Full technical manuscript submission deadline is strictly set for October 15, 2025. Authors must submit complete drafts by this date.

Formal notification of peer-review acceptance or rejection will be dispatched to all corresponding authors by December 1, 2025.

Final camera-ready papers and mandatory author registrations must be fully completed and uploaded by December 20, 2025.
